Step 1. Search for Available Cars
*Go to our car hire quotation form given in our web site home page. https://www.elephantrentacar.com/
*Add first the pick-up date, time and the location that you will need the car to be delivered to.
*Continue by adding the drop off date, time, main driver age and the location that you will need the car to be return to. Drivers less than 25 years will be automatically charged €10 per day extra. Drivers more than 75 years will be automatically charged €5 per day extra.
*Submit your request by clicking “SEARCH” in order to view which vehicles are available for the period requested.
Step 2. Available Cars - Car Fleet
*Select your car of preference by clicking “BOOK NOW” in order to proceed to the next step. All cars are displayed in groups with the total price given for the selected period.
Step 3. Optional Extras Available
*You can add any optional extras if needed such as: safety car seats, extra drivers and damage liability reduction.
*At this point you can also upgrade your chosen car if needed.
*Submit your car hire booking request by clicking “CONTINUE TO FINAL STEP”.
Step 4. Extra Information Required
At this point we will need the main driver details such as: name, surname, driving licence number, driving skills, total passengers in the car, email, mobile phone number etc. Please ensure you have entered your e-mail address correctly, otherwise we will be unable to confirm your booking. If we are delivering at the airport, we will need your arrival flight number and time. We will also need your departure flight number and time. This information is essential as we will monitor your flight for any delay. If we are delivering at your accommodation, we will need you to specify the exact delivery and return point. Please provides us directions or satellite coordinates (recommended).
How can you find coordinates for an address? On your computer, open Google Maps. If you're using Maps in Lite mode, you'll see a lightning bolt at the bottom and you won't be able to get the coordinates of a place. Right-click the place or area on the map. Select What's here? At the bottom, you'll see a card with the coordinates.
*Submit your request by clicking “SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING ENQUIRY”.
Once you submit your booking request an automated e-mail will be sent back to you confirming that your booking request has been sent successfully. After your request has been processed, you will receive a second email with confirmation or decline of your booking. On booking confirmation, we will also forward our bank details in order to prepay your rental if preferred. An additional discount on the total cost is given if you pay for your rental in advance.
